Projekt Modułu LED
Wykonujemy moduły LED na podłożu aluminiowym ALUPCB, miedzianym COPPERPCB, laminacie szklano-epoksydowym i flexible FR4. Projektujemy moduły LED stałoprądowe, stałonapięciowe, na napięcie zmienne. Dodatkowo moduły LED mogą zawierać zintegrowane sterowanie na płytce PCB lub MCPCB, w szczególności moduły LED dużej mocy (Power LED).

We specialize in the production of advanced LED-based products, and the LFM701 projector for fiber optic bundles is one of our flagship solutions. The projector uses seven PowerLED RGB diodes with a total power of 18W, offering exceptional light quality and energy efficiency.
PowerLED RGB Diodes
Thanks to the use of RGB diodes, the LFM701 projector outperforms traditional halogen and HID projectors in terms of energy consumption and light output, eliminating losses associated with color filters. The use of high-efficiency diodes ensures that the projector is more energy-efficient and offers greater light intensity.
Compact Design and Easy Installation
The projector features compact dimensions and low weight, making it an ideal solution for installation in suspended ceilings and hard-to-reach places. The housing made of lightweight alloys ensures durability and easy installation.
Efficient Optics and Light Effects
Specially designed optics provide excellent color mixing, and the RGB diodes generate vibrant and vivid hues. Setting the color to white (achieved by mixing the three RGB colors) creates a light splitting effect using special crystals at the ends of the fiber optics, producing a spectacular visual effect.
Advanced Cooling and Longevity
The cooling fan uses part of the energy supplied to the diodes, so it does not require additional wiring or a separate power supply. The fan turns off when the light is switched off, and operates at lower speeds when the colors are dimmed. Active cooling guarantees over 50,000 hours of reliable operation. The projector is also equipped with a dual thermal protection system that protects the diodes from overheating.
Control and Special Effects
We also offer RGB controllers that allow for cyclic color changes and impressive effects such as strobe, thunderstorm, color organ, and fast color switching. The projector can be controlled via a radio remote control, infrared remote, computer, or through a DMX bus, making it easy to adapt to different installations and user needs.
