Order processing & delivery time
- Standard delivery time is 3–4 business days (counted from the shipment dispatch date).
- We process orders on business days (Mon–Fri).
- During peak periods (e.g. holidays or promotions) delivery may take longer.
If your cart contains items with different availability, we ship the order once it is complete (unless agreed otherwise).
Shipping methods
We offer the following delivery options:
- Courier – Poland (flat rate)
Courier delivery to the address provided in your order within Poland. - Courier – European Union (based on parcel weight)
Delivery within EU countries. The shipping cost is calculated based on parcel weight and is displayed in the cart before payment. - Local pickup
Local pickup is available after we confirm your order is ready for collection.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping applies to orders from 350 PLN (Poland only).
- Domestic shipping (Poland): the courier fee is flat-rate and shown in the cart.
- International shipping (EU): the shipping cost is calculated based on parcel weight and shown in the cart before checkout.
If an order has non-standard dimensions or needs to be split into multiple parcels, the shipping cost may change — in such cases we will contact you before dispatch.
Parcel tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, we provide a tracking number and tracking details.
- You can check the status in your customer account: “Check order status”.
EU shipping
- We ship within the European Union only.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and the carrier.
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart based on parcel weight.
Local pickup
- Local pickup is available after placing an order and selecting this option.
- We will notify you by e-mail (or via order status) when your order is ready for collection.
- Please collect your order during our opening hours / as stated in the confirmation.
Receiving your parcel – important
We recommend checking the parcel upon delivery:
- Inspect the outer packaging (dents, tears, signs of moisture).
- If you notice any damage, ask the courier to prepare a damage report.
- Take photos of the packaging and contents (this helps with claims and investigations).
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or e-mail.
