I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data (e. g. e-mail address and name) by Cezos spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa with seat in Gdynia, Poland, address Olgierda 88b, 81-534 Gdynia, Poland, for the purpose of usage of the ‘Newsletter’ service offered by Cezos spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. (pursuant to art. 6 section 1 letter a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR))
