RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
At Cezos store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If the purchased products do not meet your expectations, you have the option to return or file a complaint in a simple and hassle-free way. Below you will find information about the procedures for returns and complaints.
RETURNS
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. To exercise this right, simply complete the withdrawal form (available on our website) and send it to our email address: reklamacja@cezos.com or by post.
Here are the steps to make a return:
- Complete the withdrawal form, which you can find on our website.
- Send the product back to the following address:

- Be sure to carefully pack the product to avoid any damage during transport.
- The return shipping is at your own expense, unless the seller agrees to cover the return costs.
- Within 14 days of receiving the shipment, we will inform you about the outcome of the return review. If no issues are found, we will refund your money within the next 14 days to the bank account you specify.
- If your return is rejected due to damages caused during use, you will receive an email explanation, and the product will be sent back to your address.
COMPLAINTS
If the purchased product has manufacturing defects or does not match the description, you have the right to file a complaint. Complaints can be submitted as per the instructions below:

- Attach a completed Complaint Form to the shipment, detailing the reasons for the complaint and your preferred form of compensation (repair, replacement with a new item, or refund).
- Within 14 days of receiving the complaint, we will inform you of the outcome of the complaint process via email or phone.
- If the complaint is accepted, within 7 business days of making the decision, we will provide compensation in the form of a repair, product replacement, or refund. If the complaint is rejected, we will justify our decision, and the product will be returned at our expense.
