3. Data processing by the app

This app processes the following data exclusively for the purpose of providing the service to the user:

  • Unique network device addresses (MAC addresses) of devices that are added or ignored
  • Pictures that are added to devices

Data is exclusively stored using internal memory or memory cards of your device. No data will be transmitted by the app.

 

4. Rights required by the app

This app requires the following rights exclusively for the purpose of providing the service to the user:

  • To access the Bluetooth connection and Bluetooth settings to pair and manage devices
  • To access the camera for taking pictures and adding them to devices
  • To access files and folders for saving pictures and adding them to devices

 

5. Your rights as a data subject

As a data subject, you have the following rights granted by GDPR regulations:

  • To obtain free confirmation from us as to whether we process personal data concerning you and, if so, to obtain information about this data free of charge according to Article 15
  • Rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you according to Article 16
  • Erasure of personal data concerning you according to Article 17
  • Restriction of processing personal data concerning you according to Article 18
  • To receive personal data concerning you which you have provided to us, if the processing of this data is based on your consent pursuant to point (a) of Article 6(1), or on a contract pursuant on point (b) of Article 6(1), and the processing is conducted by automatic means, according to Article 20.

 

6. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

If you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with GDPR Article 77. In particular, you may turn to authorities in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the location of the alleged infringement.

 

7. Your right to object according to GDPR Article 21

If we process your personal data based on legitimate interest pursuant to GDPR point (f) of Article 6(1) or based on public interest pursuant to GDPR point (e) of Article 6(1), you may object the processing of this data at any time for reasons relating to your particular situation. In this case, we will no longer process your personal data, unless we can demonstrate legitimate interest for the processing that outweighs your interests, rights and personal freedom, or we process the data for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
